Cruelty Free Mascaras
A good cruelty free mascara is hard to find - don't worry, we found one and rigorously tested it before we put it on the shelf but it turns out our FaceStuff customers love it too! If you're committed to going completely cruelty free with your cosmetics then this is a great option.
For best results apply two coats - but to avoid a clumpy application (something we always struggled with when following the two coat application technique) apply one coat to one eye, then one coat to the other eye, then apply a second coat to the first eye and a second coat to the second eye - without letting the mascara dry.
Despite not being waterproof this mascara should last the whole day and not rub off. If you prefer a waterpoof mascara we have a cruelty free option. If you have sensitive eyes, we have a cruelty free sensitive mascara that might suit you. We also have a mascara that is cruelty free AND vegan.
This mascara has a curved brush, making application a breeze.
To get best results with FaceStuff Co mascara apply two coats to each set of lashes, but it's best if the coats are not left to dry - so, apply one coat on one eye, then one coat on the other eye and then straight back to the first eye for another coat, then straight back to the second eye for another coat.
If you're not too keen on a waterproof mascara, this cruelty free mascara isn't waterproof and there's also a cruelty free sensitive mascara. If you like a mascara that is cruelty free AND vegan then this option is for you.
We were convinced we would never find a better mascara than our OG cruelty free mascara, and then we tried this new one from our supplier in New York that is cruelty free AND vegan.
The brush ensures application is a dream - apply one coat to each eye and then a second coat to each eye straight away.
This formulation is not waterproof but we do have a cruelty free waterproof mascara option here as well as a cruelty free sensitive mascara option here.
We had someone who talks a lot about having sensitive eyes to test out this mascara before we committed to having it online, and this is what she said:
