We know that it can be scary to buy stuff online (and we want your money on your face not in sitting in your bathroom cupboard), that is why we offer a wide range of test pots so you can try before you commit to a full size product.

For products that have test pots available, we will no longer be offering a refund or credit. For all other products, if you pay full price, you can return your make up or skincare for a replacement, store credit or a refund.

Clearance items or items purchased using a discount code do not qualify for a refund - so please choose carefully. Returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase date to qualify for a refund.

Refunds will be applied using the same payment method as the purchase. Eg: purchases using a debit or credit card will be refunded onto the same card and purchases via Laybuy or AfterPay will be refunded into the Laybuy or AfterPay account.
