Because your orders are usually picked and packed in a super speedy fashion by Renee's mum, we are often unable to change orders once they have been placed - because they've often already been sent!
Please either reply to your order confirmation email with any change requests, or use the contact form below to get in touch and we will try our best to help you out - just be prepared that it might be too late.

Courier Post should deliver your order overnight (so the day after you get the notification your parcel has been collected from FaceStuff HQ). You should be able to track your order at all times via the link from NZ Post.
